This is a very poofy tutu...it reminds me of yummy cotton candy. Various ribbons, ric rac and daintier ribbons are added for some extra pizzazz. A glittery number for the birthday girl hangs off one belt loop. Finished off with a large cheetah grosgrain ribbon belt. Since handmade...each varies slightly.
